Viva Equine in partnership with Sunshine Coast Equine Assisted Therapy is offering this amazing workshop for young people.

Horses offering a space of safety and connection where young people can be in touch with their values, skills, and strengths in a  fun way.

This workshop will assist young people with :

• Life and social skills
• Self-esteem
• Confidence
• Assertive communication
• Self-care
• Healthy relationships
• Resilience building

This workshop will be facilitated by 2 qualified counsellors and equine assisted therapists.

Age group:  13 to 17yo

Maximum of 8 participants divided into groups of 4

Please bring a hat, sunscreen, a bottle of water, lunch and snacks.

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed in shoes.
