In partnership with Sunshine Coast Equine Assisted Therapy, Viva Equine will offer this amazing workshop for children aged 9 to 12yo.

Social and Life Skills Equine Assisted Learning Workshop -9 to 12yo

Horses offering a space of safety and connection where children can be in touch with their values, skills, and strengths.

This workshop will assist children with :

• Life and social skills
• Self-esteem
• Confidence
• Assertive communication
• Self-care
• Healthy relationships
• Resilience building

This workshop will be facilitated by 2 qualified counsellors and equine assisted therapists.

Age group:  9 to 12yo

Maximum of 8 participants divided into  groups of 4

Please bring a hat, sunscreen, a bottle of water, lunch, and snacks.

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed in shoes.
